Merlang Call Center Consultant is a Windows based application that supplies all the tools necessary to develop agent requirement projections, service level analyses, trunking requirement projections, and utilization reports. It serves as a guide to call center profitability, determining the level of service that should be delivered to maximize profits. The Merlang Call Center Consultant uses Pipkins' proprietary Merlang equations, that have been proven to outperform the traditional Erlang-C equations.
